EGGNOG PUNCH 
1 qt. peppermint ice cream, softened
1 qt. eggnog
4 (12 oz.) bottles ginger ale, chilled
Peppermint sticks or candy canes

Pour eggnog into punch bowl and add 1/2 of ginger ale. Scoop ice cream into eggnog mixture, stirring to blend. Add remaining ginger ale. Garnish sides of punch bowl with hanging candy canes and/or use peppermint stick for stirring.
