CAJUN HOT SLAW 
1/4 lb. bacon, cut into sm. pieces
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 c. tomatoes, chopped
Cayenne pepper to taste
1 sm. head cabbage, sliced thin

Brown bacon, then add all of the other ingredients. Cook on low heat until the cabbage is tender. The longer it cooks, the better it is. Stir occasionally to keep it from sticking.
