BAKED ZUCCHINI SPEARS 
Cut up 2 large zucchini into finger-sized spears. Do not peel. On waxed paper, mix together:

3 tbsp. dried bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. each of crushed oregano & summer savory
1/2 tsp. basil, crumbled
Salt & pepper & garlic salt

Place zucchini on cookie sheet or jelly roll sheet. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle mixture on top of zucchini (or roll each piece in mixture). Bake at 475 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Can be dipped in prepared spaghetti or marinara sauce.
