LOW CAL CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
Sugar substitute to equal 1/4 c.
4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. skim milk
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. corn oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. brown sugar

Stir flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Mix the egg, milk, water and oil. Add them to the flour mixture and stir until moistened. Pour the batter into greased 9 inch square pan.

Combine the cinnamon and brown sugar and swirl them into the batter. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 25 minutes. Makes 9 servings. 175.4 calories per serving.
