PECAN BUTTER TARTS 
Pastry for 2 (9 inch) pies
2 eggs
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. pecans

On lightly floured surface, roll pie dough into 24 (3 inch) circles. Put in muffin tins. Beat eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt. Stir in pecans. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until filling is set. Cool and serve.
