ALMOND MOUNDS COOKIES 
1 c. dark brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 bars of Almond Joys candy (1.9 oz.) cut up

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix sugar, butter, vanilla and egg. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chopped candy. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
