CALZONES 
1 c. part skim Ricotta cheese
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 oz. finely chopped (or ground) cooked ham
2 tsp. oregano leaves
4 ready to bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits (1 oz. each)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; set aside. Roll each biscuit between 2 sheets of wax paper, forming 4 (6 inch) circles. Spoon 1/4 of cheese mixture onto center of each. Moisten edges of dough slightly, then fold each circle over; turnover style, forming 4 calzones. Using tines of fork, press edges to seal. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and place turnovers on sheet. Bake until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve immediately.
