CANDIED SWEET POTATOES 
5 med. sweet potatoes
1 (6 oz.) can crushed pineapple with liquid
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Peel and cook potatoes in water for 20-30 minutes until done. Whip potatoes and mix with pineapple (moisten with pineapple juice). Put in a casserole dish. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and top with miniature marshmallows. Heat in 350 degree oven until marshmallows are golden brown, approximately 15-20 minutes.
