ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING 
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash Tabasco
3/4 c. salad oil

With steel blade in processor, chop garlic. Add vinegar and seasonings; mix well. With processor running, slowly add salad oil. Refrigerate overnight.
