7 - UP POUND CAKE 
2 sticks (1/2 lb.) butter
1/2 c. Crisco
5 lg. eggs
3 c. sifted flour
8 oz. 7-Up
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract

Blend butter and Crisco in large mixing bowl. Add sugar gradually and cream. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Gradually add flour. Then mix in 7-Up, vanilla and lemon extract.

Bake in a preheated 325F oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a greased and floured Bundt pan.
