SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH MUSHROOM SOUP 
6 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 slices pimento cheese, broken into pieces
2 onions, thinly sliced
1/2 c. milk
Bits of ham (if desired)
Salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, mix mushroom soup and milk; set aside. In a baking dish, start layering all other ingredients, starting and finishing with potato slices. After each layer is place, slowly pour a layer of the soup and milk mixture over it. After using all ingredients, bake in 350 degree oven until potatoes are tender and done when touched with a fork.
