ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)

Chop artichoke hearts into small pieces. Mix well with other ingredients. Bake in casserole dish in 350 degree oven until hot, about 20-30 minutes. (Or microwave until hot, stirring halfway through.) Serve with crackers. Serves 20 as cocktail party hors d'oeuvres.

Most people think this tastes like a hot crabmeat dip.
