BANANA NUT LOAF 
1 1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 ripe bananas

Put all of the above ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Bake at 275F for 1 hour or until cake tests done.

Bake in a well-greased bread pan, well-greased and floured.
