BABY PLUM CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2 jars plum baby food (except for 2 tbsp. for glaze)

PLUM GLAZE:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. plum baby food

Cake: Sift first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Add oil and eggs. Beat until smooth. Add vanilla, nuts and plums, stir (don't beat). Pour into bundt pan (prepared bundt pan). Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool.

Glaze: Mix confectioners' sugar and 2 tablespoons of plums. Drizzle over cooled cake.
