LEAN AND MEAN BEAN DIP 
1 15 oz can (no/low) sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 c. fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 c. chopped red onion
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
1/2 tsp. minced, canned chipotle chili in adobo
1/4 tsp. salt

In work bowl of food processor, place beans, cilantro, onion, garlic, lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, chili and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
