|ASIAN STYLE CHICKEN WINGS|
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Chinese 5-spice powder
3 lbs chicken wings, tips removed
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup sliced scallions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
In a bowl, combine salt and spice powder. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients, reserve. Toss wings with salt and spice.
Arrange chicken wings in a single layer in pan, bake 10 minutes, brush with reserved sauce. Turn wings over, brush with sauce.
Bake 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with scallions.
