MASHED POTATO BALLS 
2 c. cold leftover mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. water
Crushed corn flakes

Roll mashed potatoes into balls. Beat egg and dilute with water. Roll balls into egg then into melted butter then into corn flakes. Place in buttered pan and bake 375 degrees until well heated. These very good potato balls may be made ahead and baked when ready to serve.
