PINEAPPLE STUFFING 
4 eggs (or equivalent substitute)
3/4 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
4 slices bread, broken for stuffing

Cream eggs and sugar. Break in the bread and toss with pineapple and juice. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 3 1/4 to 4 quart casserole. Check brownness at 45 minutes and cover if too brown.

Wonderful with baked ham!
