JALAPENO CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 c. evaporated milk
2 cans white shoe peg corn, drained (save liquid)
1/8 c. liquid from corn
1 1/2 chopped jalapenos
Bread crumbs (I use 3-4 pieces buttered toast)
Paprika to taste

Combine in 8x8 inch baking dish the cream cheese, butter, milk and liquid from corn. Heat in microwave until melted. Add corn and jalapenos. Top with bread crumbs and jalapenos. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
