HOW TO MAKE RELISH TRAY 
Turnip daisies
Zucchini
Carrots
Radish fans
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Mushrooms
Di ll dip
Lettuce
1/2 pt. dairy sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. dill
1 1/2 tsp. beau monde
1 1/2 tsp. dehydrated season onion flakes

Line a large wicker basket with lettuce and fill it with uncooked vegetables in a decorative presentation.

Dill Sauce: In small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, beau monde seasoning and onion flakes until blending. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 2 cups. Makes 2 cups.
