BREAD FILLING 
2 loaves bread, cubed
1 stick butter
Celery to taste
Onions, to taste
6 chicken bouillon cubes
6 c. boiling water
Parsley flakes
Salt
Pepper

Place cubed bread in bowl. Melt butter in frying pan and cook onions and celery until soft. Add to bread cubes. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Add to bread mixture. Stir in parsley flakes, salt and pepper. Place bread filling in greased baking dish. Bake at 275 degrees for 1-2 hours.
