GOURMET CAESAR SALAD 
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 lg. garlic clove, minced
2 drops hot pepper sauce (example - Tabasco)
1 tsp. anchovy paste
1 c. gourmet croutons
6 sun-dried tomatoes (packed in olive oil), cut in sm. pieces
1 bunch Romaine lettuce
2/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Whisk first 9 ingredients in small bowl. Wash, dry and cut Romaine lettuce into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Add dressing to lettuce and toss well. Add croutons and Parmesan cheese. Toss and serve.
