WESSON OIL BROWNIES 
BROWNIES:

3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. Wesson oil
2 squares baking chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Sift the flour, salt and baking powder together. Beat the eggs and sugar in thirds, beating well after each addition. Add the melted chocolate, oil and vanilla and beat well. Then add the flour mixture and nuts, again mixing well. Bake in an 8x8 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 tbsp. butter
1 square baking chocolate
2 tbsp. hot milk
1 c. powdered sugar

Combine above ingredients and frost the cooled brownies.
