RICE AND TUNA PIE 
RICE SHELL:

1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 c. cooked rice (brown or white)
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. marjoram, crushed

1 can tuna
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. cheese, shredded
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1 tbsp. chopped onion

Combine 1 tablespoon onion, cooked rice, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 egg and 1/4 teaspoon marjoram. Press into bottom and sides of lightly buttered 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle drained tuna evenly over rice shell.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over tuna. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted just off center comes out clean. 6 servings.
