SAVORY PEAS 
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. sliced green onion
3 c. green peas
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. savory
1/2 tsp. dried basil
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. water

Melt butter in heavy saucepan. Add onions and saute until soft. Add peas, sugar, savory, basil, parsley, salt, pepper and water. Cook covered over low heat until peas are tender.
