Cut squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Place on cookie sheet cut side down. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Flake "spaghetti" with fork down to shell. Add 2 tablespoons or more of butter. Bake cut side up for 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
