TARRAGON-DIJON DRESSING 
1 tbsp. olive oil
5 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. water
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/4 tsp. tarragon, crushed
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp. scallions/shallot, minced
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. paprika
Pepper and salt to taste

Combine all ingredients well. Store in refrigerator. Makes 1 cup.
