2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. water or buttermilk
1 lb. hot pork sausage
Mix Bisquick and liquid. Roll into a rectangular shape. Soften sausage in microwave on high 30 to 45 seconds. Spread sausage evenly over dough. Roll jelly roll style and slice into 1 inch pieces. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until done.
