OVEN BAR-B-QUE BEEF BRISKET 
2 to 3 lb. beef brisket (not corned type)
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. liquid smoke
1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. barbecue sauce

Place brisket on sheet of heavy foil in a pan and sprinkle all sides with liquid smoke, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and celery salt. Place overnight in refrigerator. The next morning add salt and Worcestershire sauce. Close tightly in foil and place in oven or crock pot. Bake at 275 degrees for 4 to 6 hours. Then remove and add the barbecue sauce. Reclose and bake 1 to 2 hours more. Remove brisket and use reserve as gravy.
