1 graham cracker pie crust
1 lg. box (2.0) instant, sugarless chocolate pudding mix
1 1/2 c. skim milk or low fat milk
1 (12 oz.) non dairy Cool Whip or similar
Mix pudding with milk. Then add 1/2 the Cool Whip. Beat with mixer or by hand until smooth. Pour into crust. Spread the rest of the Cool Whip on top. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
For Banana Pie: Slice banana and layer in crust then pour banana pudding (prepared like above) on top. Add topping and sliced banana and arrange decoratively on top of Cool Whip. Garnish with coconut, chocolate chips, etc.
