Grou nd beef

Boil the yuca. Mash the yuca. Fry the seasoned beef and make some gravy. Take small amounts of mashed yuca and make into small balls. Flatten the balls. Place small amounts of the seasoned meat in the center patty. Seal the patty by rolling it.

You can use a deep fryer or a frying pan to fry the patties. Fry until golden brown. Remove excess oil by placing the fried patties on a paper towel or a brown paper bag. Serves many.
