7 - LAYER NACHO DIP 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. size jar salsa (hot, medium or mild), your preference
1 med. size can of refried beans
1/2 pt. sour cream (can be low fat)
1/2 pkg. taco mix (dry)
1 lb. grated cheese
2 or 3 green onions
1 tomato, chopped
Sliced black olives

Lightly brown ground beef in deep frying pan. Add jar of salsa, simmer 10 minutes. Slice onto platter or pan. (Oval platter works good.) Spoon out beans on top of meat mixture. Mix dry taco mix with sour cream, spread on beans, sprinkle on grated cheese over sour cream mixture. Toss tomatoes, green onions and black olives at random.

Microwave for 8 minutes until cheese has melted -or- bake in hot oven (400 degrees) for about 15 minutes. Serve with nacho chips.
