BREADED POTATO SLICES 
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. sliced raw potatoes, cut into about 20 1/3 inch slices
Cracker crumbs
Oil for frying

DIP:

3 tbsp. mayonnaise, Miracle Whip
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. chives

Combine egg, milk and seasoned salt in a small bowl. Whip. Dip the raw potato slices in cracker crumbs, then egg mixture, then cracker crumbs once more to coat well. In frying pan, heat oil to 350 degrees. Gradually add potato to oil, about 4 or 5 slices at a time. Fry until a delicate brown. Drain on paper towels.
