CORN BREAD OR STICKS 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 c. corn meal
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

Sift dry ingredients together. Add egg and milk. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased pan or corn stick pan. Yields 1 pan or 24 sticks. This mixture may be stored on pantry shelf. Non-fat dry milk may be used rather than fresh milk.
