CHEESY CHICKEN ROLL-UPS 
2 lg. chicken breasts (filets)
4 slices deli ham (thick sliced)
4 slices Swiss cheese (thick sliced)
2 tbsp. butter
Bread crumbs
Dijon mustard
Parsley
Paprika

Flatten chicken with a meat mallet. Spread on mustard then place 1 slice of ham and top with 1 slice of cheese. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Dip the roll up in melted butter and roll in bread crumbs. Place in shallow Pyrex dish (coat with a non-stick spray). Sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
