FISH FRY MIX 
1/2 c. pancake flour
1/2 c. plain flour
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. water

Stir ingredients together. Beat with spoon. Drain fish and salt to taste before adding fish to batter. Heat oil to 400 degrees. Fry until brown - about 10 minutes. When fish are done, all the oil comes back but 1 tablespoon.
