QUICK CHICKEN CURRY 
1-2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into sm. pieces
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
Pepper to taste
1/2 - 1 tbsp. curry powder
2 c. your favorite frozen vegetables or frozen broccoli or frozen Chinese vegetables

Brown chicken in butter. Add water, chicken bouillon, curry and pepper. Simmer a few minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Add vegetables and simmer until tender. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4.
