COUNTRY CLUB EGGS 
5 slices of bread
1 lb. mild sausage or ham, chopped
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
5 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 c. butter

Butter large baking dish (13x9 inch). Cut bread into cubes and cover bottom of baking dish. Fry sausage and drain on paper towel. Cover bread with sausage. Put grated cheese over the sausage. Beat eggs and milk; add seasonings. Pour over the bread, sausage and cheese. Drizzle melted butter over all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Cover loosely with foil.
