BROWNIE PUDDING PIZZA

1 pkg. (10 1/2 oz.) microwave brownie mix (plus ingredients to prepare mix)
1 1/4 c. cold milk
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello instant pudding, any flavor
1 c. thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
2 c. cut-up fruit

EQUIPMENT:

Med. mixing bowl,
9 inch microwavable pie plate
Pot holders
Measuring cups
Sm. mixing bowl
Wire whisk
Rubber scraper or lg. spoon
Tablespoon
Sharp knife

1. Prepare brownie mix in medium bowl, following package directions. Pour mixture into 9-inch microwavable pie plate. Microwave, following package directions for 9-inch square pan. Using pot holders, take pie plate out of microwave. (Careful! Plate will be hot.) Cool.

2. Pour 1 1/4 cups of cold milk into small bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, about 2 minutes. Let pudding stand 5 minutes.

3. Stir whipped topping into pudding very gently with rubber scraper until mixture is all the same color. If you do not want to prepare and eat pizza right way, put pudding mixture into refrigerator to chill until serving time. Just before serving, spoon pudding mixture over brownies, spreading with back of spoon to cover evenly.

4. Cut into wedges. Top each wedge with fruit, arranging in whatever design you like. Makes 8 servings.
