2 bxs. apple-cinnamon Jiffy Mix 2 eggs 1 c. milk Preheat griddle or waffle iron; grease lightly. Blend ingredients. If batter thickens, add additional 1 tablespoon liquid. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Bake on hot griddle or waffle iron. (Griddle is hot when a few drops of water dance on the surface.) For pancakes turn when bubbles appear and edges begin to dry. |
