ENGLISH MUFFIN PIZZA

English muffins
Pizza sauce
Pepperoni or other topping
Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Slice English muffin in half. Spread with pizza sauce. Add topping and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
