2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. baking cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. cold coffee
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan or other cake pans or cupcake cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
