COOKED APPLES
 

2 or more tsp. cinnamon (depends on how much you like)
1 tbsp. olive oil (any kind of cooking oil)
As many apples as you want (cut them in quarters)

Fry them in a frying pan until golden brown and soft.

Mom's Note: Start apples over medium heat to brown them, continue cooking over low heat until soft. Apples are best if they are left unpeeled.
