1/2 lb. tofu 1 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter (or plain) 1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. cocoa 1/2 c. powdered milk Flaked unsweetened coconut Cream together tofu, peanut butter and honey. Add powdered milk and cocoa, stirring to mix thoroughly. Shape into walnut size or smaller balls, roll in coconut to coat completely. Keep in freezer, ready for nibbling (no thawing needed). |
