1 lb. sausage or seasoned hamburger 1 lb. onion (chopped) 1 head cabbage (chopped) 1 can mushroom soup 8 oz. shredded Cheddar or Velveeta cheese Cook sausage and onion together. Drain. Boil cabbage until tender. Put cabbage into casserole dish. Layer sausage on top of cabbage. Mix 1/2 can of water with mushroom soup. Pour over sausage. Add cheese. Place in 350 degree oven about 15 to 20 minutes. |
