"FISHERMAN'S PARADISE" SEAFOOD
LUNCHEON CASSEROLE
 

1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. cooked lobster, diced
1 (5 oz.) can shrimp, drained and diced
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash black pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine the green pepper, celery, lobster, shrimp, salt, and pepper, Worcestershire, mayonnaise, and bread crumbs and place in buttered baking dish. Just before baking, top with potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
