1 lb. ground beef 2 c. celery 1 c. onion 1 can veg. soup 1 can chicken rice soup 1 can mushroom soup 1 can Chinese noodles (chow mein) 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic powder TOPPING: Crushed potato chips Brown ground beef, celery, onion together. Mix together soups and remaining ingredients. Place in a casserole dish. Crush potato chips and evenly place on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
