BAKED MACARONI CASSEROLE
 

1 lb. 13 oz. can tomato sauce
1 lb. peeled tomatoes, cut up
Shell macaroni (3/4 box used)
Approx. 1 lb. hamburger

Brown hamburger. Add tomatoes and spices (salt, red pepper, basil, marjorie, parsley, onion to taste), and simmer.

Boil shells for 4 to 5 minutes. Put shells in pan and pour sauce over shells then stir. Cover with aluminium foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Check that casserole doesn't dry out while baking. (If you use whole box of shells, will need extra sauce for moisture.)
