LAYERED CASSEROLE
 

1 lg. jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground beef into tiny meatballs
6 hard-boiled eggs
3 c. cooked rice
Provalone cheese
Romano, grated or cheese of choice

Prepare ahead. Grease oblong baking dish and layer ingredients in this order. thick layer of sauce, thin layer of rice, meatballs, cut in half, slices of hard-cooked eggs, thin slices of Provolone. Sprinkle on Romano cheese. Repeat layers again. Poke with fork so sauce can saturate. Place bread crumbs over. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until it bubbles.
