KING RANCH CASSEROLE
 

1 boiled chicken or 4 chicken breasts
1 lg. onion, chopped and sauteed
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped and sauteed
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese or jar of Cheez Whiz
Heaping spoon chili powder
Dash of garlic salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Tortillas, corn
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies

Add soups, tomatoes and green chilies, garlic salt, and chili powder to sauteed onion and bell pepper. Heat until mixed. Layer 1/2 tortillas and 1/2 chicken. Pour 1/2 soup mixture over top; sprinkle with 1/2 cheese and repeat steps. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Even better if you put in refrigerator overnight first. Then heat and serve next day.
